ADAPPTool contains three interlinked modules: User management, Approval tables and Master data maintenance. You can create new Ariba user and immediately use him in approval tables. When user leaves, replace him with just few clicks by another one as a supervisor or approver in any approval table. You can easily create custom groups and assign them to your users and much more.

Approval workflows​

Absence of integrated quality control often results in loading of non-existent or erroneous data (user’s ID case sensitivity etc.). ADAPPTool validates the data ensuring there are no syntax errors or unfunctional data. This is achieved by usage of your Ariba masterdata from API, predefining custom data inside the tool, fetching user data from active directory etc.​
